When you visit www.cyberfortgroup.com we use a third party service called Google Analytics. This helps us collect standard internet log information and details of behavior patterns. We do this in order to identify things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is strictly processed so that it cannot identify a person or persons. If at any time we decide to collect personal data through our web site you will be notified of any changes to our existing policies and we will be clear and transparent of any changes.

Using the GET IN TOUCH link

When you visit the homepage on the Cyberfort website you can contact us by clicking on the GET IN TOUCH hyperlink. Here your e-mail client will open in order for you to enquire about our products and services. As this is an e-mail typically your name, email, company name and phone number will be collected as well as any personal information you choose to enter in the subject field.

The email is directed through to the Cyberfort’s Marketing team’s email address containing the data submitted. If your query is qualified as a sales enquiry then the data with be entered and stored into our CRM and then sent to the relevant sales representative who will use the information to contact you. You will receive regular marketing emails about our products and services. Each mail you receive from our Marketing department will give you an option to opt out of any other future promotions.

The Bunker is a managed service provider who secure and host data in ex-military nuclear Bunkers. They offer arrange of services that complement the Cyberfort vision. Our Compliance with European cookie law

Cyberfort are aware cookie policies may change under the new ePrivacy Regulation, reducing the need for a pop-up notice & using browser controls instead. We are staying updated on the ePrivacy Regulation and will create new policies and templates when the final version is published.

In accordance with recommendations by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) we have taken the following steps to comply with the EU Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive (PECD). These include:

The Bunker uses Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Ivanti, to provide the below services and business functions; however, all processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with instructions from us and comply fully with this privacy notice, the data protection laws and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Salesforce

Please note we are currently in the process of migrating our Client Relationship Management System (CRM) to Microsoft Dynamics. Once transitioned from this system this privacy statement will be updated to reflect this.
We have traditionally used Salesforce as our CRM. Leads, enquires as well as prospects and existing customers information are tracked and monitored through this Cloud based SaaS solution. Salesforce is a US based hosted solution which is subjected to US data protection laws. The Bunker have a limited number of user licenses which are based on least privileges and assigned to the Sales and Marketing functions and some senior managers within the business.

Microsoft Dynamics

We are transitioning our current CRM to Microsoft Dynamics. Leads, enquires as well as new and existing customers information will be tracked and monitored through this Cloud based SaaS solution. Our Microsoft Dynamics solution is hosted with the UK and subjected to GDPR and UK data protection laws. Access to this system is limited to the Sales and Marketing functions and some managers within the business.

Safeguarding Measures

As part of The Bunker’s commitment to your data privacy we take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place.

Transfers Outside of the EU

Personal data in the European Union is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but some other countries may not necessarily have the same high standard of protection for your personal data Cyberfort uses Salesforce to capture information as outlined in the Salesforce section. All other Cyberfort’s data hosted on Cyberfort systems is held within the UK.

Consequences of Not Providing Your Data

You are not obligated to provide your personal information to Cyberfort however, as this information is required for us to provide you with information about our services, we will not be able to offer some or all our services without it.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We only ever retain personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. The information we collect and where you have consented to us using your details are for direct Marketing and Sales purposes. We will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
