The migration process can often seem daunting, and organisations quickly realise they may not have the requisite skills or resource availability to support the migration process. Cyberfort recognise this and through knowledge and experience, our approach is to work together in a collaborative manner to achieve success with you. We follow standard methodology practices for delivery ensuring that IRIS always has on-going visibility of the project.
A full plan will be developed during the project Initiation phase, so that migration may start as soon as the operational system has successfully completed User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The full migration will be managed in stages such that the approach and risk is controlled and progress against the plan can be monitored. The design of these stages and the setting of the Acceptance Criteria for each will be agreed between IRIS and Cyberfort.
