Having spent 39 years as a Civil Servant, including 20 years in Cyber Security, I had always wanted the challenge of working in the private sector. Just over one year after joining Cyberfort, I am still finding throughout the company, from senior management, my colleagues and wider organisation, that the support is there throughout the whole organisation. Whilst there is naturally a need for individuals to deliver professional services to Cyberfort’s customers, the support I’ve received as an employee allows me to continue to develop my skills as an individual, with constant support I need, to meet customer needs.
